Account Deletion

You can delete your Dunder Trivia account at any time, either directly in the app or by email. Deletion is permanent.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the app and go to Profile.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Delete your account by email

If you can no longer access the app, email contact@flatmap.be from the email address linked to your account (or include your in-game username for anonymous accounts). We will process the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account (Firebase user ID, email if linked, username).
  • Your gameplay history: ELO rating, division, session results and answered-question history.
  • Your leaderboard entries.
  • Your avatar inventory and coin balance.
  • Your push notification token.

All of the above is deleted within 30 days of the request. Aggregated, anonymised statistics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.

What is not deleted by us

  • Store purchase records — Apple and Google keep their own transaction records under their privacy policies. We delete our copy of the purchase validation data.
  • Active subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or you will keep being charged by the store.
