Quick fixes

Game won't load / connection errors — the game is always online; check your connection first, then force-close and reopen the app.
A purchase didn't arrive — purchases are validated with the store; restart the app and it will re-sync. If it still hasn't arrived after an hour, email us with your store receipt.
Manage or cancel a subscription — subscriptions are managed by the store, not by us: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

Report a bug

Describe what happened, what you expected, and roughly when it happened. Screenshots help. Crash reports reach us automatically, but a note about what you were doing when it crashed makes them much more useful.
